Troubleshooting
The following actions can solve a lot of problems users may encounter. If after taking these actions you are still experiencing issues, please contact us: help@ark.community
Date and time
Please check that the date and time on your computer are correct. It's worth synchronizing it with an official date and time server. Here is a couple of guides to syncing your computer:
- Mac: support page
- Windows: click the windows button and type: "Synchronize the date and time from a time server" and press enter. There's a sync button you need to press and that should be enough.
After synchronizing your computer, open Orvium in a new window and clear the cookies.
Cookies
Try to clean cookies to avoid problems.
- Chrome: Click the menu button ⋮ > More Tools > Clear browsing data. On the Clear browsing data window, select which time range you want to clear. Tick Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files, and then click Clear data.
- Firefox: Click the padlock at the left of the address bar and then click clear cookies and site data.
